PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS FOR COMPLEX INDUSTRIAL SITES

Industrial problems rarely respect trade boundaries. We assess the full picture, site conditions, compliance obligations, and where a business is headed, before recommending a fix, so it holds up in five years, not five months.

That includes looking at where a system could also cut energy use, reduce waste or recover value from a by-product already on site. Clean energy, sustainability and energy recovery aren't treated as a separate add-on; they're a lens we apply across every project, from a Type B Gas fuel-source conversion to an Industrial Plumbing upgrade. Type B Gas

High-output gas appliances above 10MJ/h fall outside standard certification and need individual design, approval and certification before they can operate. We manage Type B Gas systems for boilers, furnaces, dryers and other critical equipment from concept through to installation, commissioning and compliance sign-off, working across natural gas, LPG, biogas, hydrogen and blended fuel sources.



Industrial Plumbing

Domestic pipe sizing and fittings won't hold up on an industrial site. Incorrect sizing or a fitting rated for household use rather than continuous Industrial load is a common cause of failure on sites that were never assessed by someone with industrial experience. Our Industrial Plumbers design and install water, wastewater, stainless steel and hot water plant systems built for continuous production, with future planning, system monitoring and integration considered from the start, not bolted on afterwards.

Gas Safety and Compliance

From safety audits to un-odourised gas risk assessments, our compliance team keeps gas systems safe, documented and audit ready. This covers Type B Gas safety and approvals, hazardous gas installations, and the ongoing assessments that keep a site compliant as regulations and equipment change over time.

Industrial Contracting Services

Electrical, fabrication and welding, boilers and steam systems, clean energy upgrades, maintenance and shutdown support, plus equipment hire for generators, scissor lifts and boilers, all under one roof, so nothing falls between trades during a shutdown or a build. We also handle complex, specialist drain cleaning for sites that run continuously, like meat and food processing plants, scheduling work around production rather than the other way round.
